DINING OPTIONS

   The Managers at Shark City Billiards & Sports Bar are more than happy to customize a dining package that’s tailored to fit your group/party’s needs. Let us create the perfect menu for your next group outing.
    
We can offer a wide variety of delicious menu items to accommodate all of your guests. The possibilities are truly endless. This brochure has only a small portion of the many menu items we offer. There is a wide array of other menu items we can also offer such as different types of pasta or chicken dishes, a steak fajitas bar, steak kabobs, ribs and many more favorite dishes.
    

APPETIZER OPTIONS

    The following appetizers are priced according to the number of pieces ordered. The average person generally consumes 6 to 8 pieces per hour. Most items can be ordered in 50, 100, 150 and 200 piece counts unless otherwise stated.

Wings
Deep fried and basted in your choice of three
of our signature sauces. BBQ, Spicy BBQ or Hot.

Mozzarella Sticks
Deep fried golden brown and served with Marinara Sauce.
$25 per 50 pieces

Chicken Tenders
Breaded and deep fried until golden brown and served
with BBQ Sauce, Ranch Dip or Honey Mustard Sauce.
Available in Original Recipe or Zesty Cajun.
$40 per 50 pieces

Jalapeno Poppers
Large breaded Jalapenos stuffed with Cheddar Cheese
and served with our homemade Salsa and Sour Cream.
$25 per 50 pieces

Broccoli Cheddar Bites
Breaded Chunks of Broccoli and Cheddar deep
fried to perfection and served with Ranch Sauce.

Chips and Salsa
A generous bowl of freshly made Tortilla Chips served with
plenty of our own famous homemade Salsa

The following appetizers are priced according to size.
A small order will feed approximately 8 to 10 people.

A large and varied selection of vegetables
served with dipping sauce.

Toasted slices of baguette loaded with our
own homemade tomato & olive tampenade.

Spinach Dip
Our own creamy spinach dip served in a bread
bowl accompanied by light & dark rye bread.

Meatballs
Cocktail meatballs smothered in a
sweet and tangy BBQ style sauce.

Shrimp Cocktail
Iced shrimp served with our zesty cocktail sauce for
dipping and garnished with plenty of fresh lemons.

* Due to the fact that seafood prices fluctuate, a
specific price will be quoted when booking your party.

MEAL OPTIONS

    The following is a small sample of meal options.

Italian Beef Sandwiches
Juicy Italian beef with Italian spiced green peppers
and onions served on fresh baked bread.
$40 per 5 pounds (1lb = 4 Sandwiches)

Italian Sausage
A generous amount of sausage cooked up with
peppers, onions and portabella mushrooms.
$30 for a Half Pan (Serves 7-12)
$55 for a Full Pan (Serves 15-20)

Chicken Kabobs
Tender chunks of chicken served on skewers.
We offer three types of marinated chicken –
•    Italian Seasoning with a hint of lemon.
•    BBQ Style basted in a rich & tangy BBQ sauce.
•    Buffalo Style marinated & basted in our original hot sauce.

Submarine Sandwiches
The sub shops have nothing on us. Our sandwiches are the best!
Your choice of ham, roast beef or turkey and cheese topped with
lots of fresh veggies and our own special Italian sauce.

Pizza
We serve Generoso’s authentic Chicago Style Traditional Thin Crust Pizza made just the way you like it.  Featuring their secret blend of real Italian Cheeses and the finest ingredients on a light & crispy crust.

Mixed Green Salad
A generous amount of mixed greens, diced onions, peppers, olives, shredded cheese and croutons served with your
choice of Italian, Ranch or Honey Mustard dressings.

A generous amount of crisp romaine lettuce, diced red onion,
croutons and parmesan cheese served with Caesar dressing.

Potato Salad
A mayo based potato salad with a slight difference, our salad
contains red potatoes, white potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Macaroni Salad
A traditional cold macaroni salad with peppers,
onions and cubes of cheddar cheese.

Coleslaw
A rich and creamy party staple. This salad is mayo based
with plenty of cabbage and flecks of tender carrots.

Fruit Salad
A selection of seasonal fruits served with a creamy yogurt dip.

POOL TABLE PARTY PACKAGE

Entertain your guests by including pool tables reserved especially for them.

Enjoy playing on one of our 7’ Diamond Smart Tables or test your skills on one of the 9’ Kim Steel Tables. Both are premium quality tables covered with 860 Simonis Cloth, and use Super Aramith Balls with Red Circle Cue Balls.

Either sized tables are available for the low party rate of $10 per hour for each table no matter how many of your guests decide to play. This special also includes 2 cue stick rentals per table. The final table cost will be rounded to the nearest ¼ hour.
